An Altar Book for Servers 1938 presented to Donald J. Webster from Edgar Barstow. Holy Communion Preparation and Companion given to St. Thomas' Toowong in memory of Cyril Peel de Winton 29/03/1899. The Geneva Bible (in a cardboard box) 10/04/1560. This translation of the Bible, popularly known as the 'Breeches Bible' from its rendering of Genesis 3:7 ('they made themselves breeches'; AV 'aprons') was first published as a whole at Geneva in 1560. It was the first English edition to introduce verse enumeration. Issued in a handy form instead of in folio, with compendious notes in a Calvinist flavour, it was the Bible most widely read in private use in England for fifty years. Eucharistica (Prayer Book) published in London. Inscription "James Halse with the kind wishes of Revd. A BUCKERIDGE June 9th 1848." Other writing states "James Halse last heard of at Mymonth in 1871 - Rev Buckeridge was then the Rector of Kennerley (?) where James Halse may have passed many pleasant school boys days and also lent him his pony to ride and keep for summer holidays 1846.7."

An Australian Prayer Book (green cover) 1978 (Sixth Printing August 1985). The Australian Hymn Book with Catholic Supplement - Memory Line Edition (red cover). 1984 Collins Liturgical Publications Sydney. A 'pyx' in its carry box - to hold bread and wine, and possibly also used as communion vessels. "Received from the Rev. Ross LAMONT c. 1959. He had been given it by an elderley priest or priest's widow. The item is stamped "Stirling Silver - Mole Brisbane" with the symbols "Hallmakr" that would indicate the date. 'Mole' was a well-known silversmith, and the item would be 'collectable' (or even an antique?). I have used it to carry consecrated breads from the church to private homes for communion of the sick. I kept them in the lower (cup) portion as the lid on the upper portion is not secure. John STEELE September 2009". Two wooden shields by John BAYTON 1974 - Diocese of Brisbane. - ? 2 monkeys with upturned crown - Data Fata Secutus. There is a memorandum with it from John JELL, Director of Geology Museum of the University of Queensland 27/08/1991 - "I found this model in the Department of Geology store. "I believe it is the model prepared for Professor H.C. Richards when he made a survey of the foundations when they widened Adelaide Street. (I have been told that Richards did this survey but I have not checked it myself.) The model was probably made by Mr. E.V.
