RTF File Format

A rich text format file (file with extension .rtf) can be opened using any word processing program.

Click on the link provided for the .rtf file and select a location into which it can be saved on your computer.

Open the file using your word processing program.

PDF File Format

PDF icon

A portable document format file (file with extension .pdf) requires the installation of software called Adobe Acrobat Reader. This is available free of charge from Adobe's site on the Internet. The file link is often represented by the use of Adobe's PDF icon (see right).

If you don't currently have Acrobat Reader installed, click the icon below to go to Adobe's Product Page - then click on the same icon there to download the program.

You will need to install Acrobat Reader on your system once you have downloaded it.

If you have Acrobat Reader installed, your file will open directly from the web page on which the link is located.

If you wish you may save the .pdf file to your own computer system, then open the file using your installed version of Acrobat Reader.
